1. Status as an Intermediary (IT Act, 2000)

Teli Reshimgathi (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") operates strictly as an Intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) and is protected under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

The Platform serves merely as a digital facilitation directory and communication platform allowing individual users from the Teli Samaj community to voluntarily upload, manage, and promote their personal matrimonial profiles. The Platform does not initiate transmissions, select receivers, or alter user-submitted content. Consequently, the Platform is exempt from any legal liability for third-party user-generated content hosted or transmitted on the site.

2. Complete Disclaimer of Profile Accuracy & Character

Each profile, photograph, document, video, or background statement published on this site is the result of voluntary submissions by individual users or their family members. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The character, integrity, morality, or mental health of any registered candidate.
• The truthfulness or accuracy of age, height, education, occupation, income, sub-caste, gotra, manglik status, diet, or marital status.
• The authenticity of uploaded photographs or biodata files.
• The legal competency of any user to enter into a marriage contract under Indian Laws.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or criminal law) shall the Platform, its owners, operators, developers, regional institution administrators, or employees be held liable to any user, candidate, family member, or third party for:

• Any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use the platform.
• Any matrimonial dispute, breach of trust, marital failure, divorce proceeding, fraud, misrepresentation, or emotional distress resulting from a match made on the platform.
• Any financial loss, dowry demand, extortion, theft, or unauthorized monetary transaction between users or families.
• Any physical harm, harassment, defamation, or illegal act committed by one user against another off-line or on-line.

In the event any competent court of law holds the Platform liable notwithstanding the disclaimers herein, the Platform's total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to a maximum amount of ₹0 (Zero Rupees) or the actual fee paid by the user to the platform (if any) in the preceding 3 months.

4. User Indemnification Mandate

By using this Platform, you explicitly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teli Reshimgathi, its owners, operators, regional administrators, and affiliates against any and all legal suits, complaints, claims, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal/attorney fees) resulting from:

• Your submission of false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonated profile information.
• Your breach or violation of any terms stated in this Agreement.
• Any dispute, injury, or grievance arising between you and another user or family.
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or personal rights.

5. Matrimonial Purpose & Age Eligibility

This platform is strictly intended for lawful matrimonial matchmaking alliances only. It is NOT a dating or commercial networking website. Posting obscene, vulgar, defamatory, or non-matrimonial material is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate profile termination and reporting to cyber law enforcement agencies.

Users must have attained the minimum legal age for marriage in India — 18 years for females and 21 years for males. Registering underage profiles is illegal under Indian Law.

6. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer, Terms of Use, and all platform operations are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. All users unconditionally agree that any legal dispute, difference, lawsuit, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of law in Maharashtra, India.

7. Misjoinder of Parties & Protection Against Impleadment

The Platform acts strictly as a neutral electronic communication directory. In the event of any matrimonial breakdown, police complaint (FIR), criminal proceeding (including Section 498A/406/420 BNS/IPC), dowry dispute, civil litigation, or consumer forum suit between users, candidate families, or third parties:

• Illegal Misjoinder (Order 1 Rule 10 CPC): Impleading or naming Teli Reshimgathi, its owners, developers, or regional administrators as a co-defendant, respondent, or party to any litigation constitutes an illegal misjoinder of parties under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
• Mandatory Deletion & Indemnity: Any user or party who improperly impleads the Platform in any legal proceeding agrees to immediately move an application for striking off/deleting the Platform's name from the array of parties at their own cost. Furthermore, the impleading party shall fully compensate and indemnify the Platform for all legal fees, attorney retainers, court appearances, and travel expenses incurred to secure deletion from the suit.

8. Prohibition of Financial Transactions & Scam Waiver

The Platform NEVER PERMITS OR MEDIATES FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, MONETARY GIFTS, OR ADVANCE PAYMENTS BETWEEN CANDIDATES OR FAMILIES. Users are explicitly warned never to send money, transfer funds via UPI/GPay/NetBanking, or provide financial assistance to any candidate, relative, or contact met through this portal.

The Platform disclaims 100% liability for any financial loss, extortion, cyber fraud, advance-fee scam, or fake emergency money requests executed between users offline or online.

9. Voluntary Data Consent (DPDP Act 2023) & Offline Safety

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, users voluntarily consent to upload and publish personal data, horoscopes, contact info, and photos for the purpose of matrimonial matchmaking. The Platform cannot prevent unauthorized third-party screenshots or offline saving of publicly published profile data.

Physical/Offline Meeting Disclaimer: All offline interactions, personal visits, or family meetings arranged after discovering a profile occur entirely at the sole risk and responsibility of the participating parties. The Platform assumes no liability for events, safety hazards, or misbehavior during offline physical meetings.

10. Disclaimer of Match Success & Zero Guarantee of Finding a Partner

Teli Reshimgathi operates strictly as a self-directed digital directory and communication facilitation tool. THE PLATFORM MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE, WARRANTY, ASSURANCE, OR PROMISE THAT ANY REGISTERED CANDIDATE, USER, OR FAMILY WILL FIND A LIFE PARTNER, MARRIAGE MATCH, OR ALLIANCE THROUGH THIS SITE.

Account registration, profile browsing, or sending interest/likes on this platform does not assure successful response rates, compatible proposals, or eventual marriage. The platform assumes zero responsibility or legal liability if a user fails to secure any matrimonial alliance or response through the service.
